Sadly its true!
The Searchers will be retiring on March 31st 2019.
The announcement was made on our website in mid March, after a few fans had noticed theatres advertising shows early 2019 as our retirement tour.
Our Facebook site was taken over with messages asking whats happening.
A more proper announcement will be made over the next month, but a few newspapers picked up on the news and ran stories.
I even got my name & pic in the Express.
So you have 12 months to enjoy the great sound of the Searchers live.
