On Friday 6th September, I once again filled in on drums for The Miracle Cure band for a wedding in Reading.
It was another great night of Irish music and following the fiddler.
I won't lie, I really love these gigs and seeing the crowds jig all night long.
For this gig (my main kit was on Slydes van) I used my studio kit with mesh heads and triggers, triggering my Roland TD30.
It meant I could keep the sound down in case the venue had a limiter fitted. Thankfully it didn't ,but the singer was grateful to not having to sing over the drums
